The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result.
