My only negative feedback is that you don\'t seem to offer special discounts for loyal customers who have placed several orders with you. Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works

I now have all custom boards/panels. They are beautifully sized and constructed. I so appreciate that you included wire and hanging devices. A bonus, for sure! It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well. Thank you for all of your assistance. I hope to do business with you in the future.
