Not Happy I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.
Nelson L., | not happy Quality is a bit questionable - didn\'t even come with a stand to put it on the table even though it\'s a very small frame. I had to use tape to attach the back - not even any clips!! Glass would be better than plexiglass. Also the shipping charge of $19 is so high for such a small item.
Christopher Collins, Toronto | caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
