I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

I have been ordering from EOC from quite a while and really impressed with the clear and prompt communication. Any help or guide needed for selection of panels. It\'s very easy to order big orders from their website. I requested once that I need a panel as soon as possible, they shipped it the next day and I received it in 2 days without any extra charges. I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.
